Eugene C. Herrera
Dr. Eugene C. Herrera is an Associate Professor of the Institute of Civil Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman. He obtained his BSCE and MSCE from UP Diliman, and his Doctor of Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in Environmental Informatics with a specialization in inland and coastal hydrodynamics, ecology, and limnology. He is currently the Director of the National Hydraulic Research Center. He has been involved in various research projects as Research Fellow on various flood assessment, environmental management, watershed investigation and integrated-decision support system analysis studies utilizing water resources, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering.
