Tomoki Sogabe is a Program Manager at the Lake Biwa Environmental Conservation and Restoration Division, Department of Lake Biwa and the Environment, Shiga Prefectural Government. He is responsible for policies related to the Mother Lake Goals (MLGs), Shiga's local SDGs model. He also engages in international outreach to promote the MLGs and initiatives for the conservation and restoration of Lake Biwa.
