Takashi Okamura
Takashi OKAMURA is a Senior Manager at the Agricultural Administration Division, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Shiga Prefectural Government. He is responsible for the conservation and promotion of the "Biwa Lake to Land Integrated System" (also known as the Lake Biwa System), which has been recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS).
