Affan Nasaruddin
Affan Nasaruddin is a notable figure in environmental conservation and sustainability. He is the co-founder of Water Warriors, a living lab program at Universiti Malaya, which focuses on developing sustainable water management solutions. Additionally, he co-founded Inspirasi Kawa, an environmental youth group dedicated to river conservation, and Sekitar Kita, a social enterprise spin-off from Water Warriors. His expertise includes water conservation, citizen science, environmental education, and sustainable innovation. Affan is currently a research officer at the Universiti Malaya Sustainable Development Centre (UMSDC) and was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by Prestige in 2021 for his contributions to sustainability in Malaysia.
